You can cancel anytime before your driver arrives. Cancellations within 2 minutes are free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply.

How do I track my driver?

Once matched, you'll see your driver's location, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time in real-time on the map in your app.

Fares include a base rate ($5.00), plus distance ($2.50/mile) and time ($0.75/minute). You'll see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.

How do I get a receipt?

Receipts are automatically emailed after each ride. You can also view and download them from your ride history in the app.
